This design reimagines the property as a pair of warm, modern retreats that feel elevated yet deeply livable. In the main house, the kitchen is grounded in natural textures, thoughtful craftsmanship, and soft, welcoming tones that create a calm center for daily life. The adjoining living and dining spaces layer warm woodwork, collected details, and gentle light to shape an atmosphere that’s relaxed, inviting, and connected to the outdoors. The back ADU continues the same sensibility, clean lines, warm materials, and intentional simplicity, offering a private extension of the home that feels both independent and seamlessly tied to the whole. Across both structures, every room was approached with intention, balancing comfort, clarity, and a quiet sense of luxury that carries from space to space, allowing the architecture, the light, and the surrounding landscape to shine.
